My kiddos can't get enough of geography. They love learning about different countries and identifying the flags that go with each one.
This year they've enjoyed learning how to not only identify countries, but how to write and spell their names correctly. It's quite the challenge, but they look forward to it every time we start a new continent study.
As we study Africa, I have printed out and laminated the Montessori-inspired Countries of Africa Word Strips. They sit on our geography shelve and receive daily use.
Are your students interested in learning how to write and spell country names?
Perhaps they learn best by writing and you need something more than just the basic Montessori materials?
These are fantastic!
Let's take a closer look at how they work!
