Sunday has been the hardest day of the week, raising four children with diverse needs.
It's one thing to help children with developmental and emotional disabilities stay regulated at home, but yet another to do so at church.
We are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. One thing we've found that helps our children most is giving them a visual schedule they can follow.
Today I share with you our FREE Primary Visual Schedule, now updated to reflect the most recent primary schedule.
FREE Primary Visual Schedule
Our FREE Primary Visual Schedule works for primary whether you split children up into two groups or keep them as one.
All images are true-to-life and reflect the diversity of the members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They were selected from the church website to ensure that they were in line with church principles.
Visual schedule images have been created in three different sizes to meet the needs of all in primary.
You may notice that there are a few extra visuals included, specifically ones for opening song, closing song, and song.
In my experience, primary songs are the perfect way to transition children reverently from:
- One part of singing time to the next
- Primary class to singing time
- Sacrament meeting to primary
If you are a primary president and find that children in your primary need these transition cues, do not hesitate to add songs into singing time to help. They can make a world of difference.
We hope that your enjoy these printables whether your are in a primary presidency, teacher, or parent striving to help a special child grow closer to the Savior.
