earning music is not a separate lesson in the day but it is a natural and integral part of classroom life. The Montessori music curriculum easily meets the minimum outcomes of the Board of Studies Syllabus.
ReplyDeleteYes, you are correct in your thoughts. However, when following the child there are some children who crave more music in the classroom and/or at home. For these children, adding more musical instruments and lessons to the existing curriculum can be very beneficial. This is especially the case with some children with special needs.
